Who needs courts when you have churches? Just toss the accused in water and see if they float. Don't need a legislature, either, so long as he can wrap his little vienna sausages around a pen to sign Executive Orders. L'etat c'est trump.

I wonder how long before schoolchildren will be pledging allegiance to donald trump...
