ABC News is LIVE as Democratic congressional leaders, including House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer, hold a rally on the steps of the Supreme Court against Pres. Donald J. Trump's immigration order restricting entry to the United States from some Muslim-majority countries.
Democrats intend to introduce legislation rescinding the order, which has been criticized by some Republican lawmakers.
