We don't know, yet, whether this had anything to do with their relationship, but that seems likely, all things considered. In any case, two young women are dead by someone's hand. The fact that they were shot in the head gives an execution-style color to their deaths. There are several possible scenarios, and we won't know the motive unless someone is arrested in this case.
