(1,426 posts)56. My spouse was just diagnosed with anxiety
after experiencing tremors, pains, and what seemed to be heart problems. In the weeks after the election we both felt sick and couldn't sleep, but this was something new. The doctor prescribed zoloft which seems to be helping. I can't share the Drumpf idiocy/outrage of the day any more lest I aggravate things.
A psychologist friend of mine says many of his clients were adversely affected by the election.
