The way to reach these particular folks is with calm, non-penis threatening discussion.

Go visit Street Epistemology on facebook for effective tactics. It's focused on god-belief and religion but the principles are the same

While it's fun to kick their angrier members ass in social media exchanges, epidemiological inquiry is way more successful.
