16. Growing up in a community with a thriving portuguese population...

I was privileged to experience the great delicacy topping of linguica. Will always be my favorite, even now that I have to have it shipped to me. I buy plain cheese pizza and add my own delicious portuguese sausage. (For foodies, it's similar to chourizo, but a little less picante.)
