At some point he's going to get tired of the constant pressure, restrictions, and demands on his time to make complex decisions that he can't dump off in some flunky and go partying. This thing with all his business entanglements, and his families ties to the Trump brand is getting hotter every day, and he is not going to sell off everything to comply. Then there's the little matter of his suspicious dealings with Russia that is not going away.

He has no reason to stay in the Oval Office, he never really wanted the job anyway. I suspect he would have been happy with a big ass trophy with "winner" engraved on it. So when he realized the job of being the president doesn't translate in mean "king", maybe he'll get tired, or bored, flustered, or mad enough to throw in the towel.
