Try to make him appear moderate. But these people who want to narrowly define the constitution drive me nuts. That was never it's original intent. If it had been, it would have ended up being a much larger document.

We all know what's coming if he is confirmed. Back to a mostly 5- 4 conservative court with everyone forced to argue to Kennedy.

RG should have retired early in Obama's second term. And we should have fought harder for Garland. That would have neutered Kennedy.

But I'm all for not filling a seat until 2021.
