6. He's old, over-weight, doesn't exercise

and is, based on his tweets, wrapping himself around the axle over every negative thing being said about him. How much stress can his heart take? It's only going to get worse for him as protestors get more organized. I think he'd welcome having to step down due to a medical situation. He'd play it like he's a hero, have Ivanka up there next to him with tears in her eyes, as he delivers his speech.
