...bottom line is taxes, pocket book, but they see "both sides" of social issues (really don't care too much, unless it costs money, and most do). They hated Clintons and Obama and ,yep, Foxaganda is their GoTo. The whole private school bit, which funnels into the ivy league, is the norm for that class, so Betty DeVoss makes perfect sense. They don't really know, or care, about the nuances of government, unless it is a really big issue or directly impacts their lives. At least Gorsuch is a lot better than the evangelicals.
