But we were told by all sorts of internet Japanese cultural experts that touching is forbidden in Japan. PM Abe seems very happy. So you are saying the touching/hugging rule that the internet experts told us about does not apply if someone has a "good relationship" with the other person? Who made that exception?

Why have no MSM outlets that hate Trump, such as the NYT and Washington Post, mentioned this? Do they not know the rule?
