but I had been hearing they were looking for THAT position.

So, right now, they are either looking for both positions and Spicer is on the way out, which has been rumored by those who claim to know these things
or
Spicer is gonna be allowed to be the Comm. Director.

Given how Trump works, he will probably shit can both positions so everyone will be more confused and 2 new hires will be trying to learn the ropes from the Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight.
