71. Many districts are drawn in such a way that turnout would have to be close to 75%

to have a fighting chance over an incumbent republican.

My post was about that constituency that, election after election, doesn't connect the dots between what they say and what they actually vote to do.

Remember, the Dems still turned out more voters than the republicans...just not in the states we needed them most.
