Since GOP politics is simply self-hatred projected outward -- it's all projection, really -- it's worth knowing what really makes them tick.

Ultimately, yes, who cares?

Except, right now, the GOP cares, and Rove cares, and much of his discontent, rained down on the rest of us (because he serves the powerful) stems from his internal conundrums.
