Is she traveling as part of the cabinet? is she "acting first lady?"

As for the looks she's giving him, highly unprofessional. She looks like a flirty school girl. While some would say it's understandable as he is quite hot, it's still very unprofessional for someone who is part of the presidential traveling circus to act as though it's her private party.

Of course, she probably learned ogling while in a professional setting from her dad.
