Stemming from misreporting.
Not saying DXM isn't a problem because at high doses it does act as a hallucinogen and dissociative.
Personally I have found it the only effective cough suppressant and when I heard the studies saying it wasn't effective (or, was long past patent protection...) I immediately thought it was because pharma wanted to sell us something more expensive.
Just my perspective.

Yeah, ID has been a standard requirement. The under 18 part is the prescription requirement.

The new prescription requirement, if I read it right, only applies to those under 18.
