I believe the Secretary of State that's next in line. After that my memory of this gets hazy and I'm too lazy to look it up.
I wouldn't put any money on that nullification of the election lawsuit. A military coup is more likely than that IMO. The people COULD force the issue, but it would take an indefinite general strike to bring things to a head.

I think Ryan might be marginally more reasonable, but Pence would be easier to beat in 2020.
