It was like they just threw up their hands and said it's a seat that's been held by Republicans for a long time and there's nothing we can do...

UGH. Rahm Emanuel wrecked the DCCC. It's time for citizens to take matters into their own hands. Some Democrat needs to file and run for that seat.
