3. I have an in-law who works from home; she is very disciplined.

She gets up in the morning, hits her computer, does her work, takes a break, might put in a load of laundry, back to work, break for lunch, back to work until she's done--she might finish up earlier than she would at the office, but that's because she has fewer distractions. The "no commute" thing is great too, and she can work in her casual clothes.

She is one of the most productive people in her division, too!
