Obama shrewdly set this all up by sanctioning Russia. [View all]

Pondering the images of him appearing so lighthearted and relaxed in his last days and after leaving office... Aware of the likely devastation of our liberties and system of government that was about to ensue, how could he not be filled with deep dread and concern like the rest of us?

Maybe because he had a "trump card" -- he knew that tRump would be forced to "fix" the sanctions, and that he or his team would be taped or otherwise caught conferring with Putin's people in making this happen. Obama knew far more than us about what was happening, and he may have laid a clever trap.
