(10,825 posts)BBC motto on their coat of arms (yes even the British Broadcasting Corporation has a coat of arms). I thought it was "Nation shall speak truth unto Nation." But one thing that the BBC is a stickler for (and in turn ITV and a slightly lesser extent Sky News) is accuracy and truth. Their heritage is based on debunking fake news pretty much since the start of the BBC Empire Service (nowadays known as BBC World Service Radio).
And given that he decided to rip on Auntie, this response is typical Auntie...
