... just being able to fantasize or dream of what the future may hold is the only thing that keeps us going. When someone takes delight in looking at the final goal, and the big picture, that doesn't preclude any of the smaller steps that are required to get there. Nor does it minimize the importance of the things that you feel are most important.

Why would you want to take away someone's ability to create hope for themselves? Why would you take such pleasure (seemingly) in scolding someone for looking ahead and imagining the possibilities?

I guess we can't all be as miserable (and "pissed&quot as you ... so if that's the measure of one's patriotism, then hooray-for-you! You win!

Of course, because we find respite in allowing ourselves to imagine and dream, we aren't as well-read on the Constitution as you. Shame on us!
