Putin could give a live broadcast explaining exactly how he orchestrated the tRump campaign and showing every bit of kompromat. Ryan and McConnell would still say, "No need to investigate". Maybe that's what the Russians are learning. Russia wanted tRump for themselves, but congress got tRump for themselves without a care in world for Russia.
