Props to the OP for being able to take that comment seriously. I would have probably looked at the VP and called him a waste of oxygen.

Also, "PUBLIC UTILITIES KEEP INCREASING BUDGETS AND RAISING RATES" should have been answered with, "and can you name any private entity that does not keep increasing budgets and raising rates? More to the point, the entire reason we are having this discussion is because PRIVATE HEALTH CARE KEEPS INCREASING in price. So the argument that PUBLIC HEALTH CARE WILL INCREASE in price is sort of moot."
