Activists during the last week when there was a big furor over the Pipeline. Lucky for citizens, C Span had televised those hearings.

I am hearing that there is a provision inside the two month payroll tax break extension that give the Keystone XL Pipeline the go ahead, within sixty days of the passing of that Act.

Have you heard anything?
