that I have been just scanning and not paying a whole lot of attention. For example saw this on HuffPo yesterday and it barely registered:

Republicans Are Using An Arcane Tool To Handcuff Federal Agencies
And it could have long-term consequences

They haven't been passing actual laws, but have been doing a fair amount of destruction with this kind of thing.
