42. Western Thought is Freedom and Equality.

Freedom of Speech, Thought, Worship, Sexuality.
Secular not Religious government.
Equality of the genders, skin color, race, sexual orientation.
The idea that women are not second class citizens, or worse, property of their nearest male relative.
The idea that sinners should not be stoned to death.
The idea that thieves should not have their hands cut off.
The idea that blasphemy is not punishable by death.

And the bedrock of this something called The Enlightenment. Perhaps you have heard of it? Or is it evil because it is Western?

And yes quite a few so-called Christians and some Jews are bigoted, and believe some of the same things that many Muslims do. The difference being Christians or Jews are not engaging in violent activities in the name of their religions.

I knew it would not take very long for one of the "criticism of Islam equals bigotry" types to come out of the woodwork. You also appear to be one of those 'The West is Evil types". Thanks for confirming my beliefs.
