13. Don't overthink it. It's pure ANTI-INTELLECTUALISM

Reporters are intellectuals. Climate scientists are intellectuals. Teachers and professors and judges are intellectuals. Democrats, to a larger degree, project intellect. Everyone that DT hates is an intellectual.

The battle lines in America come down to gut-over-brain people vs. brain-over-gut people.
