Why is there so much anger at Republican district town halls? [View all]

Aren't these the people who voted for Trump and the Republican promise to repeal and replace the ACA? They got who they wanted as president and will be getting what they wanted in health care policy. Why are they so angry?

The more I see it, the more I wonder exactly how Trump won.
