16. I think the rurals and the white-flighters ..

.. have turned to addiction chemicals in big numbers.

This is a different demographic scenario than back in
the day in the inner cities (which are now mostly
gentrified.)

And it's a complete double standard the way the thinking
changes when it's mostly white people now.
