In our recent election, there was a question on the ballot asking if voters would approve an increase in charter schools here in MA.
It was soundly defeated.
People here aren't fools, and know that more charter schools mean less money for public schools and MORE money for the pockets of the companies that run charters.

But the real attack will be the lack of fed/state funding for the 2017-18 school year.
