I'm talking about 81st street at the Lewis intersection in Tulsa, OK. There, on the north side, you'll find Oral Roberts University, and on the south side, Cityplex Towers, which started out as a hospital and medical research place started by Oral (in a city that has a surplus of hospital beds) and is now a sad 1970s style-looking, small unpopular hospital with the rest of the towers turned into office buildings.
I don't know if they've been improved since I last ventured into them, which in that time has seen Richard Roberts and his family relieved of any administration since they preferred to line their pockets with whatever money they could squeeze out of them, putting the bare minimum into any kind of upkeep. This has kept the places looking threadbare and rundown for years.
