30. They could have added Philly's Cira Center

I remember when they were building it and when it was done, because of the angle that I would see it while driving in to work, I called it the "Gumby Building".

It sits adjacent to Amtrak's 30th Street Station (and some of the Amtrak operations are in there). The outer window panes are highly reflective and there are also LEDs built into the exterior. A few years ago, they staged the "world's largest pong game" on the exterior!
