What a trip! Love it!

I'd put pins in the head, to redirect thought patterns, pins in the tongue to discourage talk (same for fingers to discourage tweeting! LOL!) and in the heart, to encourage a change of heart.

Also, in the butt for a good case of hemorrhoids and in the dick for obvious reasons.
