Oh, and several Republican Senators and right-wing legal organizations are already on record saying that the Court can function fine at 8 (or less) Justices and were already declaring that Hillary wouldn't get any nominees confirmed had she been elected. Let's just throw it all up in their faces. They've paved the road for us.
