Besides that, it has been, "TAX TAX TAX TAX... (ad infinitum)!1" There you have it, he has set the marching orders for the rest of the propaganda campaign to come.

But, deliciously, besides the original giggle and the surface offense plays, he has already shown the trademark RAGE and SELF PITY.
