they really mean a plethora of minorities and other Democratic-leaning voters showing up at the polls.

They mean "impose a poll tax to prevent eligible voters from exercising their rights by making them pay MONEY to vote" when they say "prevent voter fraud."

Repukes think only their voters are real.
