Minnesota, Washington, Iowa, Michigan, North Dakota, Indiana, Virginia, Colorado, Missouri, North Carolina and Arizona.

NC comes as no surprise... the NCGOP *ain't* happy with Moral Mondays one lil' bit. Or all those nipples in Asheville.
