Someone here (shame on me for not making a note about who it was) came up with Dolt45, which is pretty doggone good!

otherwise, for me, it's trump, donald trump (sometimes capitalized, depending on the circumstance), The Donald, and the so-called "president." I can't give him the title because he didn't win it. The popular vote says so - and rather profoundly.
