No mention of acetaminophen (and selling the product with dextromethorphan OTC to a minor would be illegal even if it contained no acetaminophen).

BTW - it is primarily the liver that acetaminophen kills; much more deadly than something that kills kidneys, since there is no dialysis or other substitute for a non-functioning liver. (sorry - "occupational" hazard - I have a daughter with a liver disease, so I obsess about such things...)
