12. Someone said last night that ambassadors are invited to the conventions!

Sorry, can't remember who it was because I was flipping between CNN and MSNBC. The person said they are invited to see how democracy works, or some such blather.
It's probably more for influence-peddling!! Maybe this is a practice that needs to stop now.
