72. Canada didn't get 'universal healthcare' at the first try either...

it was done incrementally as it will be done in the U.S. We had private insurance companies in charge of our healthcare at one time as well, actually we still do when it comes to extended health.

This is a big step toward much better healthcare for Americans than what was in place before the ACA was passed.
