There's a theory out there that Chaffetz, having been informed of the fisa warrant deliberately leaked the letter regarding Clinton's emails. Comey attempted to put the barn door back on its hinges.... and utterly fucking failed. That theory exonerates no one from skulduggery. .... but we have multiple people with multiple agendas.
