4. Lindsey Graham was talking to a crowd...

He said there were one of two possibilities:

1) Obama illegally tapped Trump.
2) Obama's team produced evidence to the FISA court to legally tap Trump.

Graham is gonna find out, that's what senators do, he said.

I've got money on the constitutional law professor following the law, or number 2.
