So, a sitting President is charging the former President with a crime? Is this correct? [View all]

Obama ordering a wiretap at Trump Tower on his own would be a crime, right? So, does the Congress have power to order the sitting President to come before them and offer proof of his statements? Or, are the American people suppose to just sit back and read what this lunatic has to Tweet at any moment?
