when you can afford it...possibly afford it more easily than I can?

Also...if the person cannot afford $350 month for health care (s/he can get a good ins. plan for that amount...go to the link I provided....esp if s/he is under 50 years old and doesn't smoke)....THE GOVT WILL SUBSIDIZE THE COST.

So what we're talking about is someone who CAN afford $350/month.
