than about the 50 million people who don't have health insurance because of low income or pre-existing conditions. Health insurance profits make up about half of one percent of healthcare costs every year, and there's no reason that percentage will change significantly. 50,000 people die every year because they don't have health insurance. After 2014, there will be no reason for that to happen to anyone again. You might need to re-evaluate your priorities.
