but Pelosi, Obama, and yes, even Krugman, have certainly come in for their share of lumps here on DU. Way back in 2007, Pelosi seemed to be the favorite punching bag on DU. She could not do anything right, according to DU. I wrote this post to complain http://journals.democraticunderground.com/hfojvt/51. Then after 2009, when Obama was nominating a bunch of DLCers to his cabinet, and having Rick Warren give a prayer, and not doing anything about DADT, then he was a favorite punching bag of DU. Something I thought was counter-productive before the 2010 elections, and I wrote posts like this to protest http://journals.democraticunderground.com/hfojvt/127

Krugman too, when he was promoting Hillary during the "primary wars" was not a big favorite among the "Obamabots".

So it is not like much of DU walks in lockstep with those "mini gods".
