Keep who they consider actual citizens under control.
Make it easier on DHS, FBI, and ICE.
I am not sure what else but there are countries where they do that and I do not know all of their reasons for that except for control.
I do not see North Korean people traveling, people from Russia, and not many people from China. I think they have very strict laws on the average person traveling out of the country. Whatever reasons they have I would not be surprised if our administration did the same.
Maybe I am wrong and I hope so but I would not be surprised if it happened.
