An all caps hair-on-fire tweet about imperiled national security, and weeks later, President Trump has spent more time on the golf course than attending to what he called a very serious matter.

Do the media just automatically assume that Trump is dicking around when he puts out a statement like that? It seems to me this is something that should be treated a little more seriously, and the President needs to be reminded of his alarmist statements.
